Each one of us carries a candle, and we shine that light of Life for the rest of the world. Inner practice feeds the fire. In community, we light each other’s candles.

Hearth: self-care for sensitive people during the holiday season

Wednesdays Oct 16th - Dec 18th 5:30-7pm

These classes are for reaching our roots into deep well of our sacred center, even while so much is happening in the world. We will do group work to help us connect with our inner resources for being in a world in change, Presence and Community.

Earth + Essence / Jung + Amazonian Shamanism

This course is an invitation to connect more deeply into the seat of your soul.  Late summer is a time when we are harvesting, pruning, and cleaning up our inner psyche. We are also enjoying the fruits, relaxing, and starting to wind down for the deep introspection of winter. What roots are you sending into the depths of your psyche to support the flourishing of your deepest self and your potential?
