You’re invited to join us on a transformative inner journey.

Earth + Essence In-Depth Mentoring

Late Summer 2024

This course is an invitation to connect more deeply into the seat of your soul.  Late summer is a time for us to start to clean up our inner psyche, cutting back whatever is no longer in use, and to relax, enjoy, and harvest the riches of what we’ve made. It is a time to slow down and start to bring our energies inwards in preparation for winter.

Our program is designed as an in-depth inquiry into how you relate with your Self, your shadows and your light, and the relational world you are a part of.  In addition to weekly lectures, our program will utilize the wisdom of herbs, a ceremonial retreat, and the support of a safe, conscious community container to weave together this transformative process.

First, we will explore how to work with unconscious parts of self that ask for attention as well as how to connect with the transpersonal and spiritual aspects that nourish the soul. Then we will immerse into an in-person weekend ceremonial retreat to directly practice material from the course and connect it to your personal experience. Finally, we will focus on embodied integration that will allow deeper presence and engagement with life.

This is a great course for anyone who desires to learn an in-depth approach to working with ceremony and herbs, engage in a committed community container, and begin the year with a potently transformative and nourishing inner journey.

Program Intentions

Students will…

1. Be guided through an in-depth process preparing for, participating in, and integrating a ceremony with the support of herbal remedies

2. Learn skills for working with inner processes through Jungian, shamanic, and somatically-based frameworks (shadow work, dreamwork, body oriented meditations and exercises, integration practices)

3. Connect to the Nature’s intelligence as a resource and as a tool for guidance

4. Study the intersection of traditional Amazonian healing alongside the shamanic world of Jungian psychology to more deeply understand the cross-cultural context of ceremonies and to foster right relationship with the indigenous practices

Curriculum

Our class will meet on Wednesdays 5:30PM - 7:30PM for 8 weeks starting August 21st, and our group will have a private weekend ceremony retreat on Sept 6-7th. Each person will be given an individualized plant protocol to suit their needs. Individual counseling sessions are available upon request.
